What is the difference with the classic consulting?
The classic consulting services, provided by the companies included in the top-3, such as: PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte, McKinsey, involves a many months period of paid "living" of the consultants in your company, which has, at the end, a result in a beautifully decorated report presentation with recommendations, which, of course, are super effective, but expensive and resources demanding. As a result – you as a client will implement only a part of the recommended.
What do we offer?
We offer our customers the solutions that are formed and start to be implemented on the same day (or even hour), bypassing the reports, charts, and beautiful presentations.
We provide our clients with the Trouble-shooting service. This service is a comprehensive approach to our clients’ problem o and is aimed at identifying the main key points of the "force" application with recommendations how to solve the existing problem, because the application effort vector should always be directed to the search for the causes of problems, rather than the consequences. This simple truth is forgotten by many businessmen.
Usually the cost of the Trouble-shooting services is determined before our job starts. When we tell the price, we are based on the primary analysis of the problem and can reasonably justify the cost of services, which we promise not to exceed. In this mean, we conduct a preliminary meeting with our potential customer to get to know and understand the type of activity, ownership structure and history, to evaluate the existing business risks, as well as to define the scope and work plan, and only then we determine the possibility of the final price for our service. The most important factor is the nature of the activities and the size of the business. The larger the business, the more resources you need to draw to determine the solutions and, consequently, higher is the price. Some types of businesses are operated under tighter government regulation, or have a higher degree of technical complexity, or inherently are more complex than others. For example, the banks, because of the nature of the banking business, are more complicated than the juice production companies, and the Trouble-shooting service for banks generally is more expensive. At the same time, the service for a Start-up business and individuals, in most cases, are short-term and are only offered on an hourly basis.
We have developed 3 basic tariff packages of our services, best suited to the realities of the Romanian market which can increase, depending on the specifics of the client, the clients activity on market and the issue itself:
1. TROUBLE SHOOTING PRIVATE price starting from 200 Euro per hour. The service package includes:
- up to 1 working hours of the Trouble-shooter specialist
- the main analytical work is carried out remotely
- the cost of services do not includes VAT, taxes and associated costs (use of office equipment, supplies and other costs)
2. TROUBLE SHOOTING BUSINESS price starting from 1700 Euro per month. The service package includes:
- up to 10 working hours of the Trouble-shooter specialist, per month
- possible up to 2 client’s company and site visits (visits trips costs are paid by client).
- up to 10 telephone consultations per month, no more than 10 minutes totally per day (time is included in the Trouble-shooter’s working hours)
- the main analytical work is carried out remotely
- the cost of services do not includes VAT, taxes and associated costs (use of office equipment, supplies and other costs)
3. TROUBLE SHOOTING PREMIUM price starting from 4500 Euro per month. The service package includes:
- up to 30 working hours of the Trouble-shooter specialist, per month
- possible up to 5 client’s company and site visits (visits trips costs are paid by client).
- up to 30 telephone consultations per month, no more than 30 minutes totally per day (time is included in the Trouble-shooter’s working hours)
- confidentially, in our job we can involve some notorious industry experts, we are cooperating with, more than 15 years
- the main analytical work is carried out remotely
- on request, the recommendations can be made written
- the cost of services do not includes VAT, taxes and associated costs (use of office equipment, supplies and other costs)
For all of our customers, without exception, we adhere to the highest level of confidentiality. We do not made records, do not disclose the names of our clients and, without the permission of our clients, do not use its business case even for an example of our work.
Adhering to the principle of responsibility for the result, we do not start to work without prior discussion with the client. The discussion lasts no more than 30 minutes and is free. As a result of preliminary discussions with the client, we create a suitable business package services, and offer our vision of the cooperation. In the case of reaching an agreement with the client on the chosen package of services, terms of works and the total preliminary value, we sign a confidentiality agreement with the client and immediately begin to work.
